the prices were very reasonable for what you got - excellent value for money. The attention to detail was also a standout feature, with the rooms kept exceptionally clean and tidy. Additionally, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious, with a lovely view of the city.
To be honest, I couldn't find a single thing to complain about during my stay. Everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel’s breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. They offered both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and the buffet spread was amazing. The hotel had a great location close to all the sightseeing spots and a cheap taxi ride away from everything else. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our Christmas stay memorable.
The rooms were a bit smaller than expected and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The hotel’s Wi-Fi was not very strong and only worked well in certain areas of the hotel.

The hotel had a good location just outside of the busy old quarter. We enjoyed the nearby temples and local attractions within walking distance. the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit dark. the hotel had good service and a great breakfast with a nice view of the city.
The hotel lacked a lively atmosphere compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel staff were helpful when I needed to order a taxi and always greeted me with a smile. the hotel was located in a great area, close to restaurants and shops. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the comfortable bed.
The bathroom was disappointing with poor quality towels and a weak shower. the Wi-Fi signal was not strong enough and was often slow.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even guided us across the busy streets, ensuring our safety in the bustling city. One staff member even acted as a translator for my friend during a hospital visit. The hotel's F&B staff were also accommodating, adjusting their kitchen hours to fit our early breakfast needs. We were able to suggest alternative meal options for those with dietary restrictions, which was a great touch. The hotel itself was kept very clean, and the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory. Additionally, the location was excellent - either within walking distance or a short taxi ride from all the attractions we wanted to visit in Hanoi. it was a wonderful experience.
All was perfect during my stay.

The hotel has a fantastic buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms are always kept very clean. The reception staff are polite and speak reasonable English. The manager, Tam, is friendly and helpful. The hotel is convenient and within walking distance to the Old Quarter and other historical sites in Hanoi city center. The rooms are comfortable with big beds and nice-sized bathrooms. The high-quality shampoos and soaps are a nice touch. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of hot and cold options.
There was nothing I didn't like.
